Meghwal blames Rahul Gandhi for Parliament ruckus and stalled debates

Parliament is an important building in India where leaders make laws and talk about big problems.

Sometimes leaders do not talk nicely and instead shout and make noise.

A leader named Arjun Ram Meghwal said the noise was the fault of the Congress party.

He pointed at Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress party.

He said Mr. Gandhi did not want the talking and discussions to continue.

He said the opposition leaders kept changing the topics they wanted to talk about.

He also said that at the end of the session, the opposition alliance called INDI Alliance did not come to a meeting.

Mr. Meghwal said it is everyone's job to keep Parliament working, not just the government's job.

He believes the opposition wanted to make a ruckus instead of having a real discussion.
