Suicide Bomber Kills Five at Wedding in Pakistan
A very bad thing happened in Pakistan.
Someone did a suicide attack at a wedding party.
Five people died and between 10 to 25 got hurt, depending on who you ask.
The wedding was at the house of a man who helps keep the peace in his area.
The explosion was so strong that it made the roof fall down, which made it hard for people to help those who were trapped.
The police and doctors came quickly to help.
The leaders of the area said they will find out who did this and punish them.
This is not the first time something like this has happened in that area.
Some people think a group called the Pakistani Taliban might be responsible, but no one has claimed responsibility yet.
A suicide bomber attacked a wedding at the residence of peace committee leader Noor Alam Mehsud in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
The blast killed at least five people, including Waheedullah Mehsud, and injured between 10 to 25 others (sources vary).
The explosion caused the roof to collapse, hampering rescue operations and delaying access to trapped individuals.
Authorities, including seven ambulances, a fire vehicle, and a disaster response vehicle, were dispatched to the scene for rescue and investigation.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and Governor Faisal Karim Kundi condemned the attack and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice.
