Delhi Man Duped of Rs 9 Lakh by Cyber Fraudsters Posing as Anti-Terror Officials
Imagine some bad people called a man in Delhi pretending to be police officers.
They told him he was in trouble because they thought he was helping terrorists, even mentioning the Pulwama attack.
They said a lot of money was put into a bank account in his name and he had to keep it a secret.
They scared him by saying they were from an anti-terrorism squad and he needed to transfer money to them to prove he was innocent, even asking for 'bail money.'
Because he was so scared, the man sent them almost 10 lakh rupees from his bank accounts.
After he sent the money, the bad people stopped talking to him and turned off their phones.
The man realized he had been tricked and felt very upset.
