Designer Creates Playable SNES Inside Nike Sneakers
A designer named Gustavo Bonzanini made a special pair of Nike sneakers that can play Super Nintendo (SNES) games.
He put a tiny computer inside the shoes to make them work like a real SNES.
The shoes look like the SNES with gray and purple colors.
You can play games on a TV using the shoes, and the game controller can connect wirelessly.
The sneakers are a unique creation for the SNES's 35th anniversary and won't be made for everyone.
Singaporean designer Gustavo Bonzanini created a pair of Nike Air Max 90 sneakers that function as a playable Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) console.
The sneakers feature the iconic gray and purple color scheme of the SNES and include a Raspberry Pi Zero W running the RetroPie emulator.
The design includes a battery with enough capacity for 30 minutes of gameplay and video outputs to connect to a TV via RCA cables.
The original SNES gamepad was modified with an 8BitDo kit to enable wireless Bluetooth play.
The AIR SNES is a one-off creation for the SNES's 35th anniversary with no plans for mass production.
