Vaddiraju Ravichandra, a leader of the BRS party, criticised Telangana’s Congress-led government.

He said the government was not solving people’s immediate problems.

He also accused it of using police cases and house arrests against opposition leaders.

Ravichandra said some buildings opened at the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences had actually been built during the previous government.

Several BRS leaders were reportedly stopped from visiting the buildings.

He criticised the alleged demolition of a former MLA’s statue and pedestal.

He also objected to changes involving land listed under Section 22-A.
