US Enters New Gaza Phase
The United States has moved to the next step in its plan for peace in Gaza.
President Trump said that a new group of Palestinian leaders, called the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, will now govern Gaza.
This group is supported by a board led by President Trump.
The next step is to make sure Hamas, the group that has been fighting, gives up all its weapons and stops using tunnels.
The US has been sending a lot of help to people in Gaza, and now they want to rebuild the area.
They are working with other countries like Egypt, Turkey, and Qatar to make this happen.
President Trump said Hamas needs to follow the rules and give back everything they took, including the bodies of people who were hurt.
If they don't, there will be consequences.
US President Donald Trump announced the next phase of the Gaza peace plan, backing a Palestinian technocratic administration.
The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza will govern during the transition, supported by the US-led Board of Peace chaired by Trump.
The plan focuses on securing a comprehensive demilitarization agreement with Hamas, including the surrender of all weapons and dismantling of tunnels.
Record levels of humanitarian aid have been delivered to Gaza since the ceasefire, with support from regional partners like Egypt, Turkey, and Qatar.
Trump warned Hamas to comply immediately with the terms of the agreement, including the return of the final body to Israel.
