Go Fashion Q1 Earnings: Profit Down, Stock Price Falls
Go Fashion, the company behind 'Go Colors,' made less money in the first three months of the year.
This was because it was harder to get supplies and some stores didn't do as well.
Though sales didn't increase much, the company made more money from each item they sold, and opened more stores.
Despite these efforts, the company's stock price went down after the results.
Go Fashion's net profit decreased by 22.4% in Q1 FY26.
Revenue increased slightly by 1.4% year-over-year.
The decline was due to supply chain disruptions and issues with Large Format Stores.
Gross margin improved to 63% due to lower raw material costs.
Shares of Go Fashion fell by 9.56% after the results were released.
