Trump Addresses 'Home Depot Gold' Claims in White House Tour

Imagine someone told you that the shiny gold decorations in the President's office were actually just cheap plastic painted gold, like you might find at a big box store.

President Trump was showing a TV host around the White House and she asked him about this rumor.

He said, 'Nope, that's not Home Depot stuff!'

He explained that you can't fake real gold with paint.

The TV host also said she was in the room and could confirm it's real gold.

The President also talked about changing other parts of the White House, like tearing down an old wing to build a really big new ballroom.
