Allahabad HC Orders Land Return, Fines Government
A woman named Savitri Sonkar went to the Allahabad High Court because the government took away her land and demolished a building on it without telling her.
The court said this was not fair and ordered the government to give her land back.
The court also said the government must pay her Rs 20 lakh for the trouble and find out which officials did this wrong thing.
The officials who did this might have to pay back the money the government gives to her.
