Acharya Devvrat Advocates Yoga and Natural Living at Naturopathy Festival

Imagine a big celebration all about staying healthy the natural way, like our ancestors did!

The Governor of Gujarat and Maharashtra, Acharya Devvrat, kicked off this festival in Ahmedabad.

Lots of people got together to do a special tree pose called Vrikshasana, put healthy mud on their faces, and take a sun bath all at the same time!

They even set records for this.

The Governor said that being healthy means having a healthy body, and we should live like nature wants us to, by eating good food and doing yoga.

He mentioned that long ago, wise people lived closely with nature and gave us amazing practices like yoga.

Now, many people get sick from diseases like cancer because we've moved away from nature and started using chemicals.

So, he's asking farmers to use natural ways to grow food to keep us and the earth healthy.

This festival is happening all over India to remind everyone about these old, good ways of living and healing.
