Info Edge Announces Leadership Rejig With New CFO, Director

Info Edge, the company that owns Naukri, is changing some of its senior leaders.

Himanshu Agarwal will become the company’s new finance chief on September 17.

He is also expected to join the board of directors after receiving the required approvals.

Naresh Chand Gupta, a former Adobe Systems India leader, is expected to return to Info Edge’s board as an independent director.

His new board term is planned to begin on October 1 and last five years.

Ambarish Raghuvanshi will stop being interim finance chief on September 16.

He will continue helping the company with the handover until October 31.

The company said the changes are intended to strengthen its financial and leadership abilities.

Info Edge’s shares fell on Friday despite rising over the previous six months.
