ICSI Hosts Global Corporate Governance Programme
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is organizing a special training program for people from different countries.
This program is about teaching them how to manage companies in a good and fair way.
It will happen in Kolkata, India, from January 14 to January 25, 2026.
People from countries like Botswana, Ghana, and Vietnam will come to learn.
They will learn about rules and laws that help companies do business in a good way.

The curriculum covers topics such as corporate governance, compliance, risk management, sustainability, and ESG governance.
Participants will gain insights into the Indian Legal System, key regulators like MCA, SEBI, and RBI, and the Digital India Programme.
The programme includes a study tour of regulatory bodies in Kolkata and a two-day cultural tour of the city.
