Thieves Steal ₹26 Lakh from Woman on Bus
A woman named Pavitra Bai was travelling on a bus from Maksi to Biaora.
She had a bag with her that contained a lot of gold and silver jewellery and some cash.
An older man named Noor Singh Aheriya sat next to her and asked her to put her bag under the seat because it was causing discomfort.
She trusted him and did as he asked.
Then, his friends who were sitting behind them quietly opened the bag and stole the jewellery and cash.
The total value of what they stole was ₹26 lakh.
When Pavitra Bai found out, she told the police.
The police found three of the thieves and got back some of the stolen things, but three more thieves are still missing.

Three other suspects are still on the run, and the recovered items include jewellery and cash worth ₹26 lakh.
