Ahmedabad Builder Alleges Harassment After Repaying Loan
Imagine someone lent you money, and you paid them back even more than you borrowed.
But they still kept saying you owed them money and started threatening you.
That's what happened to a builder in Ahmedabad.
He borrowed money from a neighbour and paid back a lot more than he borrowed, but the lender said he still owed the original amount.
The lender then threatened him, made him sign papers and even took control of some of his property.
Now, the builder has gone to the police to report what happened, hoping they can stop the threats and get things sorted out.
A builder in Ahmedabad filed a police complaint against a moneylender for harassment.
The builder borrowed Rs 2.5 crore in 2022 and claims to have repaid over Rs 5 crore.
Despite repayments, the moneylender demanded the principal amount and threatened the builder.
