DMart Shares Rally 5% in Biggest One-Day Spike
DMart's share price went up by 5% in one day, which is the biggest increase in five months.
This happened even though the stock has been going down for a while.
The company reported a 13.15% increase in revenue for the last quarter, but it was less than what analysts expected.
They also added 10 new stores, making it 27 new stores this year.
Some experts think the stock might go up more in the near future, but it's still down a lot from its highest price.
DMart shares rose 5% to ₹3,844.70, the biggest one-day gain since August 2025.
The stock has been under selling pressure since reaching a one-year high in September.
DMart reported a 13.15% increase in revenue for Q3FY26, but it was lower than analysts' estimates.
The company added 10 new stores in the quarter, bringing the total to 442 across India.
Analysts expect store additions to drive growth, but gross margin pressure is anticipated to continue.
