Hrithik Roshan's Family Invests Rs 27 Cr in Mumbai Properties
Hrithik Roshan's parents, Rakesh Roshan and Pinkie Roshan, along with his sister Sunaina, have bought seven properties in Mumbai.
They spent a total of Rs 27 crore.
Five of these properties are commercial office units in a building called Vaidya West World One Aeropolis in Andheri.
Rakesh Roshan bought two of these units, each costing around Rs 3.27 crore and Rs 2.83 crore.
These units are quite big, with areas of 1,259 sq ft and 1,089 sq ft, and each comes with two parking spaces.
The family also invested in two residential properties.
The total cost for the commercial units was Rs 19.68 crore, and the transactions were officially registered on November 19.
