Meghalaya Launches First District Digital Grievance Portal

Meghalaya Launches First District Digital Grievance Portal

Meghalaya has launched its first district-level digital grievance redressal portal in East Khasi Hills.

The portal, named dc-ekh.in, was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong.

It aims to provide a convenient and accessible platform for citizens to raise grievances at individual, village, and community levels.

The portal features an online tracking system that allows complainants to monitor the progress of their cases.

The government hopes this initiative will improve administrative responsiveness and public satisfaction.

Residents can lodge complaints through the portal, Gram Sevaks, post, or directly at the deputy commissioner’s office.

This portal is expected to serve as a model for other districts in Meghalaya.
