American Film Market 2026 Set for Los Angeles
The American Film Market (AFM) is a big event where people from the movie and TV industry come together to make deals and find new projects.
It's like a huge marketplace for films.
The event in 2026 will be held in Los Angeles at the Fairmont Century Plaza from November 10 to 15.
This will be the first AFM under the leadership of Jackie Brenneman, who is the new CEO of the Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA).
The previous CEO, Jean Prewitt, is stepping down.
The event was previously held in Las Vegas but moved back to Los Angeles in 2025.
People can start signing up to be part of the event in March and June 2026, depending on their role.
The goal is to bring together people from over 85 countries to support the film and TV industry.
The 2026 American Film Market is scheduled for November 10-15 at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
This will be the first AFM under the leadership of new IFTA CEO Jackie Brenneman, succeeding Jean Prewitt.
The event returned to Los Angeles in 2025 after a one-year detour to Las Vegas.
Registration for returning exhibitors opens on March 31, 2026, and for new exhibitors on April 13, 2026.
Buyer and attendee registration opens in June 2026.
