Pakistan Reportedly Deploys Turkish Bayraktar Drones Near India Border
Reports say Pakistan may have placed Turkish Bayraktar TB2 drones near its border with India.
These drones can fly for a long time and watch areas from the sky.
They reportedly flew close to the border to study the terrain and look for gaps in India’s surveillance systems.
The drones can use cameras and infrared sensors to collect information.
They can also carry weapons, although the reports do not say that they carried out strikes.
Turkish military transport planes were tracked flying to three Pakistani bases between August 19 and August 21.
Officials from Turkey and Pakistan have not confirmed what the planes transported.
Other reports say Pakistan is also developing military facilities near Sir Creek.
