BRS Leaders Accuse Congress of Scams
K.T. Rama Rao and T. Harish Rao, leaders from the BRS party, have accused the Congress government in Telangana of being involved in scams.
Rama Rao wrote a letter to Rahul Gandhi, accusing the government of allowing a land scam through the HILTP policy.
This policy lets people change industrial land into other types of land by paying only 30% of the official value, which is much less than the actual market price.
Harish Rao also accused the government of planning to build expensive power stations, which he says will cost a lot of money and burden the people.
He also questioned why the government is refusing to accept cheaper power from the NTPC.
Both leaders are asking the government to be more transparent and fair.
K.T. Rama Rao accused the Congress government of a land scam through the HILTP policy.
The policy allows industrial land conversion at 30% of the sub-registrar office value.
Rama Rao questioned the fast-track approval process for land conversions.
T. Harish Rao alleged a huge scam in the power sector involving three power stations.
