NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Seats Allotted, Next Steps Explained
The Medical Counselling Committee has announced the first round of NEET UG 2026 college seats.
Students can check their result on the MCC website.
A student who likes the seat can choose Freeze and join that college.
A student who wants to try for a better seat can choose Float.
Float candidates can have their documents checked online and remain in the next counselling round.
Freeze candidates must report to their allotted college and complete admission formalities.
Students must finish the required process by August 31, 2026.

The Medical Counselling Committee released the NEET UG 2026 Round 1 allotment result on mcc.nic.in.
Round 1 includes 15% All India Quota, AIIMS, JIPMER, Central Universities, deemed universities and other participating institutions.
