Gaja Capital Raises ₹165 Crore Ahead of ₹550-Crore IPO

Gaja Alternative Asset Management is an investment company that works under the Gaja Capital name.

Before its IPO opened, it collected ₹165 crore from large investors.

These investors received shares for ₹160 each.

Nippon India Mutual Fund and Invesco Mutual Fund each invested ₹30 crore.

The company’s IPO is worth up to ₹550 crore.

People can apply for shares from August 19 to August 21.

Some of the IPO money will repay debt and help start new funds.

Strong support from anchor investors may build confidence, but it does not guarantee profits or listing gains.
