Salman Khan Condemns Body-Shaming on Bigg Boss 19
On the TV show Bigg Boss 19, the host, Salman Khan, got upset with two contestants, Tanya and Neelam.
They had been making fun of another contestant, Ashnoor, about her weight, calling her names like 'dinosaur' and 'elephant'.
Salman asked them why they thought they had the right to say such mean things, saying it was worse than even swearing.
Ashnoor became very sad because she has had problems with her body image and eating in the past.
She told Tanya that shaming people like that is wrong.
Another contestant, Kunickaa, was also spoken to for not stopping Tanya and Neelam.
Other housemates defended Ashnoor, saying she works hard on her health.
The show also had a double elimination, with two contestants leaving the house.
Salman Khan strongly criticized Bigg Boss 19 contestants Tanya Mittal and Neelam Giri for body-shaming Ashnoor Kaur.
Tanya and Neelam made derogatory comments about Ashnoor's weight, referring to her as a 'dinosaur,' 'haathi (elephant),' and 'moti.'
Salman Khan questioned their right to make such comments, stating it was worse than abusing someone, and Kunickaa Sadanand was criticized for encouraging the behavior.
Ashnoor Kaur became emotional, sharing her personal struggles with body image issues and eating disorders, and confronted Tanya directly.
The episode also featured the eviction of contestants Baseer Ali and Nehal Chudasama.
