Canada Invites 1,000 Skilled Workers in Latest Express Entry Draw

Imagine Canada needs more skilled workers, so it has a special system called Express Entry.

On November 12, Canada sent out 1,000 special invitation letters to people from other countries who have already worked in Canada.

These people have skills and have worked here for at least a year.

To get an invitation, they needed a minimum score, like a grade on a test, which was 533 for this round.

If you have worked in Canada and meet certain rules, you can enter this drawing to become a permanent resident.

This is just one way Canada welcomes people to live and work there permanently.
