UGC NET June 2026 Marking Scheme and Score Calculation Explained

The UGC NET June 2026 exam gives two marks for every correct answer.

Students do not lose marks for choosing a wrong answer.

They also receive no marks for leaving a question unanswered or marking it for review.

The final result will use the final answer key released by the National Testing Agency.

NTA is expected to publish the final answer key this week.

Some papers may be held in multiple sessions.

For those papers, NTA changes raw marks into percentile scores.
