Yogi Announces Disability Pension Hike, Rehabilitation Centres Across Uttar Pradesh
Yogi Adityanath said Uttar Pradesh will increase financial help for people with disabilities.

He also ordered rehabilitation centers to be created in all 18 divisions of the state.

At the event, 509 people received devices such as motorized tricycles, smart canes, smartphones and Braille kits.
The government plans to organize camps in every Assembly constituency during 2026-27.
These camps will help people who are not yet receiving pensions or other benefits.
Officials also described programs for early treatment, education, training and employment.
The chief minister said people with disabilities need opportunities and resources rather than sympathy.
