Tirumala Temple: Long Wait Times and Crowd Management
Lots of people are visiting the Tirumala temple, causing long waits to see the Lord.
The lines are very long, and some people have to wait up to 18 hours.
Officials are trying to help by making sure there's enough food and water, and by speeding up the process inside the temple.
They've also stopped special visits for VIPs to let more regular people see the temple.
Officials are also warning that people spreading rumors about the temple will face legal action.
Waiting time for Darshan stretched up to 18 hours on Saturday.
Close to 90,000 pilgrims were scheduled to have Darshan on Saturday.
TTD Additional EO inspected queue lines and interacted with pilgrims.
Officials ensured continuous supply of food, water, and clean toilets.
VIP break Darshan cancelled to accommodate more common devotees.
