Five killed defusing explosive device in Russian-controlled Sevastopol

Something very sad happened in a city called Sevastopol.

Sevastopol is in Crimea, which is controlled by Russia.

Some grown-ups were working to keep people safe in the city.

Their job was to make a dangerous explosive device safe.

An explosive device is something that can blow up and hurt people.

Sadly, the device exploded while they were doing their work.

Five people were hurt so badly that they died.

Four of them were bomb disposal specialists, and one was a security guard.

They were cleaning up the city after a drone attack happened there.

A drone is a flying machine that can be controlled from far away.
