Swiss court releases bar owner after fatal fire

A Swiss court decided to let the owner of a bar go free after a fire at his bar on New Year's Day.

The fire killed 40 people and hurt over 100.

The owner, Jacques Moretti, and his wife were being investigated for possible crimes.

They were very sad about what happened and promised to help with the investigation.

The court decided to let Jacques go because they got money for bail and the risk of him running away was lower.

Many people who were hurt are still in the hospital with bad burns.
