New Year's Eve Specials and Stranger Things Finale

As the year comes to an end, there are fewer new streaming options, but it's a great time to catch up on the best movies, TV shows, music, and video games of 2025.

The Associated Press has a Year in Review page with comprehensive guides on the best releases of the year.

This week, there's a new offering that combines music and television, perfect for New Year's Eve, and Netflix is giving 'Stranger Things' its final send-off.

The 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest' special features performances from many popular artists and is available to stream online at ABC.com.

It's a fun way to ring in the new year with all-star performances.

The show will run for eight hours, the longest in its history, and will feature a new 'Constellation Ball' dropping at midnight in New York City.

Viewers can also stream the event on Hulu the following day.
