Orphaned Child Declared 'Child of State' in Mandi Disaster
Imagine a little baby named Neetika whose parents were lost in a big flood.
The government of Himachal Pradesh is now taking care of her, like her new parents.
They will give her money every month, starting with some already saved up for her.
