Mock Drill Simulates Drone Bomb Attack at ISPRL in Udupi
Imagine someone wanted to cause trouble with a drone.
To make sure everyone knows what to do if that happened, they practiced.
They pretended a drone dropped a bomb at a big fuel storage place.
There was a fake fire and some people pretended to be hurt.
Firefighters, doctors, and police all came to help, just like they would in a real emergency.
They practiced putting out the fire, helping the injured, and making sure everyone was safe.
It was a practice run to see if they are ready for anything!
A mock drill simulating a drone bomb attack was conducted at the ISPRL facility in Padur.
The drill involved a simulated explosion, fire, and injuries to employees.
Emergency services including fire, police, and medical teams responded to the simulated incident.
Over 270 personnel from various departments participated in the exercise.
Helplines were provided for citizens to report emergencies.
