Maharashtra Political Tensions Escalate

Maharashtra Political Tensions Escalate

In Maharashtra, political tensions are high as Eknath Shinde, the Deputy Chief Minister, and the Thackeray brothers, Uddhav and Raj, are making strong statements ahead of the BMC elections.

Shinde says that no one can take Mumbai away from Maharashtra and accuses the Thackerays of fear-mongering.

He also claims that his government has done a lot of development work, like building roads and bridges.

The Thackerays, on the other hand, say that the ruling Mahayuti alliance is offering money for votes and not doing real development.

They also accused a big businessman, Gautam Adani, of getting special treatment.

There's also a fight about a government scheme that gives money to women, with some parties saying it's being used to influence voters.

Everyone is trying to win the elections, and they're making big promises and accusations.
