Shiprocket Shares Debut 35% Above IPO Price Amid Strong Demand

Shiprocket is a company that helps businesses sell, deliver and manage products online.

It sold shares to the public at ₹97 each.

When trading began, the shares were worth ₹131 on the NSE and ₹129.50 on the BSE.

This gave investors who received shares a gain of roughly 35% at the NSE opening price.

The company raised ₹1,617.5 crore through new shares and shares sold by some existing investors.

Shiprocket plans to spend the new money on technology, marketing and business expansion.

It may also repay debt and consider acquisitions.

Investors showed very strong interest in the IPO, although reports gave different subscription figures.

Shiprocket’s revenue grew in FY26, but its net loss also increased.
