HP Global Launches Haridwar Wellness Housing Project Phase-II
HP Global is building a new housing project in Haridwar called Amrit Aarogyam Phase-II.
The company plans to spend about Rs 100 crore on it.
The project will have 200 homes spread across a large area.
It will be near the Ganga, Patanjali Yogpeeth, and the Delhi-Haridwar Expressway.
The homes are meant for people who like spiritual and wellness-focused living.
The project will include spaces for yoga and meditation, a temple, a swimming pool, and areas for older residents.
HP Global expects the project to be finished in 18 months.
The company is also considering building another project in Rishikesh.
HP Global announced Amrit Aarogyam Phase-II in Haridwar with an investment of approximately Rs 100 crore.
The project will cover nearly 2.5 lakh sq ft and include 200 residential units.
Located near the Delhi-Haridwar Expressway, Patanjali Yogpeeth, and the Ganga, the project is planned for completion within 18 months.
Units are priced at Rs 6,000 per sq ft and will include yoga, meditation, senior-citizen, temple, swimming-pool, and landscaped areas.
HP Global said it is evaluating land acquisition opportunities in Rishikesh as part of its Uttarakhand expansion strategy.
