Telangana Government Reshuffles IAS and IPS Officers

The Telangana government made some changes in the jobs of its officers.

Some IAS officers, like K. Haritha and K. Nikhila, were moved to new positions.

The government also moved 15 IPS officers, including Dr. Gajarao Bhupal and Abhishek Mohanty, to different jobs in the police department.

This was done to make the administration and police forces work better.

The changes include new roles for officers in traffic management, intelligence, and other important areas.

The government has also posted young IPS officers with experience in rural policing and field operations to key traffic positions across the Greater Hyderabad limits.

These officers are expected to introduce fresh ideas to improve traffic regulation and enforcement.

The Director General of Police (DGP) briefed the officers on handling traffic-related challenges and emphasized the government's priority to improve civic governance and address traffic issues.
