Infineon Technologies is renting a very large office in Bengaluru.

The office is in the Whitefield area and covers about 632,000 square feet.

The company will pay more than Rs 750 crore over 10 years.

It has already paid Rs 33.36 crore as a security deposit.

The rent will increase by 15 per cent every three years.

The lease starts on December 1, 2026, and includes eight months without rent.

Infineon recently bought a Bengaluru chip startup called C2i Semiconductors.
