Vijay Deverakonda Details Bond With Sandeep Reddy Vanga
Vijay Deverakonda and Sandeep Reddy Vanga became very close while making Arjun Reddy.
Vijay said their relationship is more than just working together on movies.
At the time, they did not have much money, influence or support in the film industry.
Vijay also did not yet have a large fan base because Pelli Choopulu had not been released.
The Vanga family helped provide money for Arjun Reddy, even though making it was a big risk.
Vijay said he remembers their shared struggles and conversations more than the movie’s success.
He attended the Romanchakam event because he could not refuse Sandeep’s invitation.
Romanchakam is a romance, comedy and suspense film planned for worldwide release on September 3.
Vijay Deverakonda said his bond with Sandeep Reddy Vanga extends beyond a typical actor-director, brotherly or friendly relationship.
The pair took major risks making Arjun Reddy when they lacked money, influence, connections and an established fan base.
Vijay said Pranay Reddy Vanga and Prabhakar supported Arjun Reddy financially, with reports differing on whether agricultural land was sold or family savings were used.
He said he values the shared experiences, conversations, stress and struggles from making Arjun Reddy more than the film’s later success.
Vijay attended and promoted Romanchakam ahead of its scheduled worldwide theatrical release on September 3 after accepting Sandeep’s invitation.
