Lock Upp 2 Grand Finale: Five finalists battle for ₹1 crore prize
Lock Upp is a reality TV show where famous people compete in challenges.
The second season of the show has finally reached its very last episode, called the grand finale.
The finale is happening today, August 5.
It will be shown on Netflix starting at 8 PM.
Five people are still in the running to win: Shivangi Joshi, Shreya Kalra, Ram Kapoor, Yogesh Rawat, and Shilpa Shinde.
Before the winner is chosen, celebrities and journalists will ask them questions and then vote.
The remaining contestants will also take part in final challenges on what is called Final Redemption Day.
The winner gets a huge prize of ₹1 crore.
That is much more than the ₹20 lakh that the winner of the first season received back in 2022.
The Lock Upp 2 grand finale airs today, August 5, at 8 PM, exclusively on Netflix, hosted by Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan.
The five finalists are Shivangi Joshi, Shreya Kalra, Ram Kapoor, Yogesh Rawat, and Shilpa Shinde.
The winner will take home a cash prize of ₹1 crore, a steep increase from season 1's ₹20 lakh prize.
The finale will feature celebrities and journalists on a panel asking finalists questions before casting votes, followed by challenges on Final Redemption Day.
Lock Upp season 1 premiered in 2022 on MX Player, was hosted by Kangana Ranaut, and was won by Munawar Faruqui.
