RSS Chief Clarifies Stance on Political Support and Societal Unity
The leader of a group called the RSS, Mohan Bhagwat, explained that his group doesn't pick sides in politics.
Instead of supporting a political party, they support good ideas and actions that they believe are best for the country.
He used the example of wanting a temple built in Ayodhya; they supported whoever worked towards that goal.
Bhagwat said that even if their group has members who think like the RSS and are in different political parties, the RSS itself remains separate.
Their main goal is to bring people together in society and work for India's improvement, not to get involved in arguments between political groups.
He mentioned that they openly share their vision for the country and support anyone working towards it.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat stated the organization supports national policies and interests, not specific political parties or individuals.
Bhagwat clarified that the RSS does not participate in electoral politics, focusing instead on uniting society.
He cited the example of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, where RSS volunteers supported whoever championed the cause, regardless of party affiliation.
Bhagwat emphasized that the RSS supports 'Rashtra Neeti' (national policy) over 'Rajneeti' (party politics).
The RSS aims to organize the entire society and believes in the betterment of the country, with potential volunteers found across various platforms.
