HPBOSE Releases Provisional Answer Key 2026 for Class 10, 12
The education board of Himachal Pradesh, called HPBOSE, held special second-chance exams for Class 10 and Class 12 students in July 2026.
After the exams, the board shared a paper that shows the correct answers to the exam questions.
This paper is called a provisional answer key, and it was released on August 14, 2026.
Students can find it on the board's official website, hpbose.org.
Students can look at it to check whether the answers they wrote were right.
If a student thinks the key has a mistake, they can tell the board.
They must send their complaint by August 17, 2026, before 5 PM.
They also need to attach proof that supports their point.
Complaints without proof or sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
After reading all the complaints, experts will help the board make a final answer key, and the exam results will be based on it.
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), Dharamshala, released the provisional answer key for the Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary examinations 2026 on August 14, 2026.
The answer keys cover the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from the supplementary examinations conducted in July 2026 and are available on hpbose.org.
Candidates can raise objections against the provisional answer key until August 17, 2026, up to 5 PM.
Objections must mention the candidate's class and subject and include supporting documents; they can be submitted by email, post, or in person at the Board office.
After reviewing valid objections, the board will prepare the final answer key based on subject matter experts' recommendations, and examination results will be based on it.
