Rotten vegetables, leaking dairy products and spoiled food were found in storage areas and a freezer set at about -16.4°C.
Inspectors cited poor hygiene, damaged shelves, inadequate segregation and missing cleaning and deep-cleaning records.
Officials recommended an improvement notice and suspension of the facility’s food licence; unfit items were discarded on the spot.
