TTD EO Reviews Srivari Sevak Training Module, Plans Reforms
Imagine a training program to help volunteers at a temple do their jobs better.
The leaders of the temple, along with experts from a business school and the government, are working on this.
They are creating a special training program for the people who train the volunteers, called Sevaks.
The training will cover things like the history of the service, what to do in different situations, and how to be a good leader.
The first training session will begin on September 24th, where the trainers will learn the skills needed.
This is all happening because they want the volunteers to provide even better service.
TTD EO reviewed the training module for Srivari Seva.
The module was developed by IIM Ahmedabad and the Planning Department.
The goal is to enhance the quality of Srivari Seva.
An application for Group Supervisor and Sevak Trainer registration was launched on September 3.
