Anupam Rasayan Shares Fall After ₹160 Crore NCD Issue

Anupam Rasayan is a company whose shares are traded on the stock market.

Its share price fell nearly 5% after it announced plans to borrow ₹160 crore.

It will borrow the money by selling special debt instruments called non-convertible debentures, or NCDs.

Aditya Birla Capital will receive these NCDs through a private placement.

The company plans to repay most of the money by 21 October 2026.

It will repay the remaining ₹500 per debenture by 21 October 2027.

The stock later recovered some of its early losses.

The company has also approved another ₹300 crore NCD issue and plans to buy shares in Tanfac Industries.
