Anupam Rasayan Shares Fall After ₹160 Crore NCD Issue

Anupam Rasayan India shares fell as much as 4.6% to ₹1,150.10 in early BSE trading on Monday, 21 September.
The stock opened at ₹1,201.75, compared with its previous close of ₹1,205.65, and later traded 1.88% lower at ₹1,183.
The company approved issuing up to 16,000 secured, rated, unlisted and redeemable NCDs worth ₹160 crore to Aditya Birla Capital.
The NCDs are due to be redeemed in two instalments, with ₹99,500 per debenture payable by 21 October 2026 and ₹500 by 21 October 2027.
Anupam Rasayan also approved a separate ₹300 crore NCD issue and agreed to acquire 2,60,065 Tanfac Industries shares for about ₹60.88 crore.
