Assam Floods: 31 Dead, 5.65 Lakh Affected
There was a very bad flood in Assam, India.
Twenty-one people died in just one day, and more than 5.65 lakh people were affected.
The worst-hit district is Sivasagar, where 13 people died.
The Chief Minister is visiting the affected areas to check on the relief efforts.
Many villages are underwater, and trains are not running because the tracks are flooded.
