Dassault Aviation Increases Stake in Indian Joint Venture

Dassault Aviation, a French aircraft manufacturer, increased its ownership in Dassault Reliance Aerospace (DRAL), its joint venture in India.

Dassault now owns 51% of the company, becoming the majority owner, while Reliance Aerostructure's stake decreased to 49%.

The deal was valued at ₹175.96 crore.

This shift helps to ensure guarantees, warranties, and long-term service commitments for customers.

DRAL is a center of excellence for Falcon aircraft, and a manufacturing facility at Mihan has been set up.

Since 2019, DRAL has assembled over 100 sub-sections for the Falcon 2000.

The company is involved in the manufacturing of assemblies for Rafale and Falcon jets.
