IIT Bombay MBA Opens to 3-Year Graduates
IIT Bombay's business school is changing who can apply to their MBA program.
Before, you needed a four-year college degree, but now, even people with three-year degrees can apply.
This means more people from different backgrounds can join.
The goal is to make the classes more diverse, because real-world problems are best solved with lots of different ideas.
To get in, you still need to have good grades and a good score on the CAT test.
This change is similar to what other top schools do and helps IIT Bombay to be more inclusive.
