BSEB Extends Spot Admission Deadline to August 11, 2026
The Bihar School Examination Board said that students who want to join 11th or 12th grade can still apply for a spot seat until August 11, 2026.
They can use the online portal called OFSS to see which schools have empty spots.
After a school accepts a student, the school must update the portal by August 12.
Students who finished exams with CBSE, ICSE or other recognised boards can apply.
If a student had chosen a different school but didn’t finish the process, they have to apply again through the spot admission.
This change helps more students get a place in school.
Spot admission deadline extended to August 11, 2026.
Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) remains open until August 11.
Institutions must update enrolment details on OFSS by August 12, 2026.
Students from CBSE, ICSE and other recognised boards are eligible for spot admission.
Students who opted for slide‑up and did not complete admission must reapply via spot admission.
