Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra Seek LOC Suspension
Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra are in trouble because someone accused them of cheating.
The police have put a travel ban on them, but now they want to visit Raj’s very sick father in London.
They asked the court to let them go.
The person who accused them said he wants more time because he thinks Shilpa might have lied in some papers.
The court said it will think about it and will talk about it again in two weeks.
The couple says they will come back to India once the emergency is resolved.
They also say the accusations are not true and they will take legal action against those who made them.
Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra seek suspension of LOC to visit Kundra’s ailing father in London.
The LOC was issued in connection with a ₹60-crore cheating case filed by Deepak Kothari.
Kundra’s father is critically ill with a chronic iron-ammonia deficiency requiring urgent medical attention.
Kothari’s advocate filed a perjury application against Shetty, claiming discrepancies in her signatures.
